What is a Cash Game?
A Cash Game, also known as a Ring Game, is a non-tournament poker game where players buy-in and cash out as they please. The value of the chip is the same as cash. For example, if I sit down with $10 at a cash game. I have $10 in chips.
You can sit down at a Cash Game with as much money as you want – within the limits. At a $0.10/0.25 blinds game the minimum amount is $10 and the maximum amount is $50.00. Other players can sit down with a different amount of chips. You can re-buy chips in between hands up to the maximum.

I moved to “New Zealand for a couple of years and enjoyed a nice relaxing life. I am now back in the states and have the flexibility to live wherever I want. What makes online poker different, given that there are huge amounts of money at stake?
In this article I will explain how I developed a poker bot and what I learnt from this experience. My conclusion is that although it is possible to construct a poker playing bot the threat from poker bots to the online poker player is extremely small to non-existent.

Many coping methods fail you when it comes to poker tilts, since the very nature of the tilt is to loosen control mechanisms. Aggression is an intrinsic part of human nature and can’t be eliminated even by the most self-disciplined among us. However, there is always a reason behind running amok, there is always a trigger that leads to acts of aggression: hitting your finger with a hammer, an insult, bad news or some other fardle, as Hamlet would call it, while contemplating his bare bodkin. The most common inducer to push one into immediate aggression is discomfort, like pain or pressure.

Remember when I said back in my recap of the Caribbean Adventure that Danny Negreanu needed his own sitcom?
After seeing the PartyPoker Million (or Cruisin’ Mexico, or whatever the WPT is calling it now) Wednesday night, I’m convinced he needs it.
I’ve even got it figured out: Erick Lindgren, the “American Idol,” can play the straight man, we can center it around poker games, and just for fun let’s put one episode out on a boat in the waters of Mexico.
Wait, that was the PartyPoker Million…
